Mr Mohamed Riad

Mr Mohamed Riad is a Consultant Urogynaecologist and Obstetrician as well as a General Gynaecologist.  Mr Riad is the RCOG (Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists ) College Tutor at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust providing oversight to training of doctors aspiring to become specialists in the field. In addition, he is accredited to provide training to doctors wishing to do the advanced training skill module in Urogynaecology.

Clinical Work

Mr Riad has a wide experience in Obstetrics & Gynaecology. He completed his training in West Midlands Deanery Hospitals and Obtained his Certificate of Completion of Training in December 2016. He completed his Advanced Training in Urogynaecology in October 2011 where he worked with Dr Wael Agur, sub-specialist consultant in Urogynaecology.

He sees and manages Urogynaecological and General Gynaecological problems for women in out-patient clinics on a weekly basis. He performs a breadth of Urogynaecological and General Gynaecological procedures including laparoscopic surgery.

As an experienced Obstetrician, Mr Riad’s leadership and excellent communication skills within the multidisciplinary team enable him to provide high quality care for women.
